Spacious and warm, this single storey house is surrounded by a large private park. It puts at your disposal its roof terrace, ideal to enjoy the view of the snowy peaks of the Atlas Mountains.

 

The villa has 4 bedrooms, all air conditioned and equipped with shutters to the windows, with a bathroom and private terrace. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with fireplace overlooking a beautiful shaded terrace. All rooms and the living room are harmoniously distributed around the patio which gives you access to a beautiful traditional courtyard with fountain.

 

You will have access to the internet (broadband, WiFi) throughout the house, as well as the equipment provided (stereo, television, cable or satellite programmes...).

 

Villa Mauresque also has a swimming pool of 14 x 5m that can be heated on request, with a shaded seating area next to it, an outdoor dining area where you can dine, and a fully equipped pool house, shower and toilet.

 

Throughout the day and your stay, you will have at your disposal, in addition to the cook, two members of house staff.

 

Villa Mauresque is located only 25 minutes drive from the airport, 20 minutes from the Golf courses, the modern district of Hivernage and Gueliz, Jamaa el Fna Square and Royal Golf, Amelkis, Al Maaden.

 

The rental price of the house includes energy consumption (water, gas, electricity...), staff services, linen provided and the rental car delivered to the house. The services with supplement include the preheating of the swimming pool (€60.00), the heating of the swimming pool (€30.00 / Day), the delivery and the price of the shopping (groceries, water, wine...), the cancellation insurance and airport transfer.
